Omg. Soo happy we found this gem. Seafood casserole was amazing! Clam chowder was best I ever had. Beat Seattle's by a landslide. The Mac Daddy fried fish platter was Amazing!!!!!Definitely recommend the stuffed mushrooms appetizer too. We kinda went all out. An the waitress was a doll! I forgot her name. So sweet though.

One of the best bars in Marblehead Great staff, great food, strong drinks. I've been here many times and their food is some of the best you'll find at a bar in Marblehead that also serves strong drinks. The prices are very reasonable as well.

The food was delicious and served piping hot.. our servers and owner were friendly and described the dishes perfectly.. we had the seafood chowder and the fried haddock and chips with crispy sweet potato fries.. cole slaw was fresh and perfectly dressed. we would go back in a minute.. this restaurant was a gem .. the best seafood I've had in a long time..

Ate here twice (lunch, then dinner) during our visit to Marblehead. First stop was after driving for hours and just needed a place to eat. Upon walking in we immediately felt welcome. Townie atmosphere with quick, lively service and really good seafood. Both visits our food was fresh and hot, while our drinks were cold and strong. Perfect combo for us weary travelers. Owned by locals and well worth the visit.

Lunch with my best friend at the Three Cod Tavern in Marblehead was a delightful experience and felt like a true neighborhood gem, the kind of place where locals gather, and you instantly feel welcomed. The staff was super friendly. Our server, Jacqui, was happy to offer recommendations and made sure we had everything we needed. The Three Cod Tavern provided a comfortable, enjoyable and no rush setting for our lunch. The food was solid and generous, the atmosphere was cozy, and the service was great. It's definitely a place I'd recommend for a casual and satisfying meal in Marblehead.

Love this traditional New England restaurant, been two or three times now. The prices are better than the restaurants on the waterfront and the dishes are good without being pretentious.

It was quiet when I first showed up just after 12:00. I recommend going early because my guess is they get packed. The food was great. I will be going back.
